Our target programs include youth academic achievement, workforce readiness and professional development training for supervisors and support staff.
In the educational arena, our principal team has served as chief academic officer, and principal. We have supervised, managed, and trained 500+ employees with operation budgets of $1million to $2million.

Excellence Through Opportunity (ETO) in partnership with University of the District of Columbia- Workforce Development Lifelong Learning Program have collaborated to establish a workforce readiness and career planning program for youth in grades 9-12. This program will offer participants 360 hours of workforce development training for high need industries including soft skill training. UDC WDLL will administer the Strong Interest Inventory Assessment to help participants identify their work personality by exploring their interest in six broad areas: realistic, artistic, investigative, social enterprising, and conventional. Upon successful completion of the program, UDC will administer evaluations where participants can earn ACT National Career Readiness Certificate.
Excellence Through Opportunity (ETO) in partnership with DC Bike Academy, has collaborated to establish a bike tech program for youth in grades 9-12. Bike Tech Program will provide students with the skills to work as a professional bicycle technician/mechanic that can lead to a multitude of cycling industry careers including engineering, fabrication, marketing, filmmaking, graphic art, sales, and transportation policy and advocacy.
Bike Tech Engineering – Identifying bicycle functions and operations. Repairing and/or Replacing parts to improve the cycling experience by:
